• Photos you upload for plant or disease identification are processed by Google Gemini AI for analysis.
• Photos are sent to Google's servers for processing and are not stored by CuraPlant after the result is returned.
• We do not collect personal information, email addresses, or account data — CuraPlant has no user accounts.
• Anonymous usage analytics (Firebase Analytics) track app events such as scan counts. No personal identifiers are collected.
• Your language preference is stored locally in your browser to remember your choice on return visits.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Plant photos: processed in real-time for identification, then discarded by us.
• Analytics: used in aggregate to improve app performance, fix bugs, and prioritize features.
• We do not sell, share, or transfer personal data to third parties.
• We do not use your photos to train AI models.

3. Third-Party Services

• Google Gemini AI: processes plant photos. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Analytics: anonymous event tracking. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Store / Apple App Store: handle distribution of the companion mobile app.
• Vercel: hosts the web application. Standard server logs (IP, user-agent) are retained for security and debugging.

4. Data Storage & Security

• Garden data and scan history (in the mobile app) are stored locally on your device only.
• No cloud accounts or server-side user profiles exist.
• All API communication uses HTTPS encryption.
• Web sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies only where strictly necessary.

5. Children's Privacy

CuraPlant does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The app is rated 3+ and contains no age-restricted content. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, please contact us at info@bwizatech.com and we will promptly delete it.

6. Your Rights

• Since we don't store personal data on our servers, there is generally nothing to delete.
• You can clear local app data at any time through your device settings (Apps → CuraPlant → Storage → Clear Data).
• For EU users (GDPR): you have the right to access, rectify, and erase any personal data we may hold. Contact us at the email below.
• For California users (CCPA): you have the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion.
